Lina Nikolopoulou, D.Phil., is a senior communication strategist in health with over 35 years of experience spanning healthcare, public health, pharmaceuticals, digital health, market research, and multi-stakeholder initiatives. She is Founder and Managing Director of MindView, a health-focused consulting company supporting public and private organizations in designing and implementing evidence-based communication, stakeholder engagement, and innovation-driven initiatives. Lina has led strategic communication and dissemination for major European projects, acting as a bridge between science, policy, industry, and society. Her work emphasizes knowledge translation, ecosystem building, and the creation of platforms that connect academia, innovators, institutions, and civil society. She has founded and led initiatives promoting collaboration and dialogue across the health and innovation landscape, with a strong focus on public health impact, digital transformation, and sustainable growth. Lina holds a D.Phil. in Physiology from the University of Oxford and is deeply committed to mentoring, community building, and strengthening Greece’s innovation ecosystem through international connection and strategic engagement.

Eleni is Head of Sector for Scientific Impact and Feedback to Policy at the European Research Council (ERC), where she leads initiatives to enhance the visibility of ERC-funded frontier research across scientific, policy, and societal domains. With over 20 years of experience in science policy and strategic development, her work has focused on fostering innovation, advancing sustainability, and strengthening the science-for-policy interface. Dr. Zika was the inaugural Head of Programme of the Bio-Based Industries Joint Undertaking (BBI JU), a €3.7 billion EU-industry partnership advancing circular bioeconomy solutions. She previously served as Head of Sector for Fundamental Life Sciences at the ERC and at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre. Before joining EU institutions, she led international policy at the UK Medical Research Council. She holds a PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow of the US National Academies.

Thanos is a strategic investment advisor with deep experience in investment banking, development finance and the mobilization of private capital for innovation-driven sectors. His career spans senior roles at major banking institutions and collaborations with private equity, venture capital and development finance organizations across Europe, the U.S. and emerging markets, with a strong focus on structuring and financing growth projects. As Founder of Acacia Investor Relations (AIR), he supports spin-offs, start-ups and SMEs through financial engineering and business development, including in technology and impact-oriented fields. He has worked closely with European and U.S. public institutions on capital mobilization initiatives and has been actively involved in promoting responsible and sustainable investment. In 2025, he served as Chair of BiG’s high-level roundtable on capital strategies for biotech growth, contributing to the advancement of Greece’s life sciences and biotechnology ecosystem.

Georgios is a driven interdisciplinary professional with over 14 years of U.S. and global healthcare experience in strategic business development, innovation management, venture investing, consulting, and clinical research. Currently, he is leading business development and licensing of 350+ healthcare innovations for Harvard Medical School-appointed faculty and affiliated hospitals, with expertise in neurology, psychiatry, hematology, oncology, and biomedical engineering. Successfully secured partnerships exceeding $80 million with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and diagnostic companies. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Neurosciences from the University of Cambridge and an MBA in Leadership and Healthcare Management from Johns Hopkins University. Georgios is empowering entrepreneurs as a startup judge, mentor, and career coach at leading accelerators and business schools worldwide.
